Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Dreamz Kitchen Gohpur, we strive to provide the best experience for our customers. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds for our services.
1. Reservation Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your reservation, we kindly request that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the table to other guests.
- Cancellations can be made by calling us directly at +91 6003237265.
- For large group bookings (10+ people), a longer notice period may be required, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
- No-shows or late cancellations may impact your ability to make future reservations.
2. Online Order Cancellations & Refunds
Once an online order is placed and confirmed, it immediately goes into preparation. Therefore, we cannot accept cancellations for online food orders.
Refunds for online orders are only considered under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect Order: If you received an item different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will endeavor to replace it with the correct item.
- Quality Issues: If you have a serious concern about the quality of your food, please contact us within one hour of receiving your order. We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis. A refund or replacement is at the discretion of the restaurant management and may require the return of the unsatisfactory item.
To report an issue with your order, please call us directly with your order ID.
3. Event Booking Cancellations
For events such as birthday parties or corporate meetings, a separate cancellation policy will be provided in your booking agreement. This typically involves a non-refundable deposit and a specific notice period for cancellations to avoid further charges.
