At Dreamz Kitchen Gohpur, we strive to provide the best experience for our customers. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds for our dining and delivery services.
1. Reservation Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your table reservation, we kindly request that you do so at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations can be made by calling us at +91 6003237265.
- Large group bookings (10+ people) require 48-hour notice.
- No-shows may impact your ability to make future priority bookings.
2. Online Order Policies
Cancellations
Once an online order is placed and confirmed, it immediately goes into preparation. Therefore, we cannot accept cancellations for online food orders.
Refunds
Refunds or replacements are considered only for Incorrect Orders or Quality Issues reported within 30 minutes of delivery.
